系统性睡眠护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Systemic Sleep Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的分析系统性睡眠护理对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响.方法选取该院2017年1月—2020年1月收治的64例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组.A组33例患者采用系统性睡眠护理,B组31例患者采用常规护理.对比两组的护理效果.结果护理1、3年后,A组患者的各项睡眠质量评分均低于B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理1年后,A组患者的各项精神症状评分均低于B组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组患者的护理满意度为96.97%,高于B组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论精神分裂症患者采用系统性睡眠护理可改善其精神症状和睡眠质量,患者满意度高,值得推广使用.

Objective To analyze the impact of systemic sleep nursing on the sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 64 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups using a random number table method.33 patients in group A were treated with systematic sleep nursing,and 31 patients in group B were treated with routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 year and 3 years of nursing,the sleep quality scores of group A were lower than those of group B,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year of nursing,the scores of various psychiatric symptoms of group A were lower than those of group B,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in group A was 96.97%,which was higher than 80.65%in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic sleep nursing for patients with schizophrenia can improve their mental symptoms and sleep quality,with high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
