快速康复外科理念对乳腺癌患者围术期的影响研究

Influence of Fast Track Surgery Concept on Perioperative Period of Breast Cancer Patients

目的研究快速康复外科理念运用于乳腺癌患者围术期的价值.方法选择该院普外科2019年4月—2020年5月收治的90例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组45例.研究组采用快速康复外科理念,对照组采用常规康复管理.比较两组的术后相关指标恢复时长、并发症发生率及不同时间的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS).结果干预后,研究组的排气、排便、进食、下床活动、住院时长均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).比较两组手术前的VAS评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术后12、24、72 h,研究组的VAS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的并发症总发生率为8.89%,低于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论乳腺癌患者围术期采用快速康复外科理念的效果显著,可缩短住院时长,减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率,安全性高.

Objective To study the value of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of breast cancer patients.Methods 90 breast cancer patients admitted to the general surgery department of the hospital from April 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The study group adopted the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery,and the control group adopted conventional rehabilitation management.The postoperative recovery time of related indicators,the incidence of complications,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain at different times were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the length of exhaust,defecation,eating,getting out of bed,and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the VAS scores of the two groups before surgery,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 12,24,and 72 h after surgery,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was 8.89%,which was lower than 24.44%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative period of breast cancer patients adopting the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has a significant effect,which can shorten the length of hospitalization,reduce postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,and have high safety.
