药物联合康复理疗治疗骨质疏松的疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Drugs Combined with Rehabilitation Physiotherapy on Osteoporosis

目的探究骨质疏松患者采用药物联合康复理疗治疗的临床疗效.方法选取该院2019年10月—2020年10月收治的104例骨质疏松患者为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,每组52例.对照组采用药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合康复理疗.对比两组患者的疼痛程度、骨密度及生活质量.结果比较两组治疗前的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的VAS评分均低于各组治疗前,且观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的骨密度T值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组在生理功能、精神状态、精力及社会职能方面的评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论骨质疏松患者经药物联合康复理疗治疗,可有效缓解疼痛,改善骨密度,提高生活质量,疗效理想,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatment with drugs combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy in patients with osteoporosis.Methods 104 patients with osteoporosis admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medication,and the observation group was combined with rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group.The pain level,bone density and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results Comparing the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those of each group before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The T-value of bone mineral density in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher scores in physiological function,mental status,energy and social function than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of osteoporosis patients with drugs combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy can effectively relieve pain,improve bone density,and improve the quality of life.The curative effect is ideal,and it is worthy of clinical application.
