中医康复护理在骨科患者术后恢复期的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Postoperative Convalescence of Orthopedics Patients

目的分析骨科患者在术后恢复期应用中医康复护理的临床效果.方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月在该院进行治疗的106例骨科术后恢复期患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分成两组,各53例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医康复护理.对比护理前后两组患者的疼痛程度、术后恢复情况、术后并发症发生情况以及护理满意度.结果两组护理前的视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理后的VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在卧床与住院时间方面,研究组均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在肌力级别与生活质量方面,研究组患者均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在术后并发症发生率方面,研究组为7.55%,低于对照组的22.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在护理满意度方面,研究组患者的护理满意度为94.34%,高于对照组的79.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论骨科术后恢复期患者采用中医康复护理,能够减轻患者的疼痛,显著减少术后并发症发生,促进其术后恢复,提升患者对护理的满意程度,可以在临床加以推广.

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of orthopedic patients using Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing during the postoperative recovery period.Methods 106 patients in the recovery period after orthopedic surgery who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group and a control group using a random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,and the study group used traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the visual analogue scores(VAS)of the study group and the control group(P>0.05);after nursing,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of bed rest and hospital stay,the study group was shorter than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of muscle strength and quality of life,patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the study group was 7.55%,which was lower than 22.64%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the patient's satisfaction with nursing in the study group was 94.34%,which was higher than 79.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for orthopedic postoperative patients in the recovery period can alleviate the pain of patients,effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery,and improve their satisfaction with nursing.It can be promoted clinically.
