中药局部熏洗联合康复训练对膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛和运动功能的影响

Effect of Washing with Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Pain and Motor Function in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨中药局部熏洗联合康复训练对膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛和运动功能的改善效果.方法选取2020年2—8月该院收治的膝骨性关节炎患者88例,应用数字分列法分为两组,每组44例.对照组采用常规康复训练,研究组采用中药局部熏洗联合康复训练.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果治疗后2、4、6个月,研究组的疼痛评分分别为(1.6±0.3)分、(1.4±1.4)分、(1.1±0.2)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组患者的各项运动功能指标均优于对照组,各项关节功能评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药局部熏洗联合康复训练治疗膝骨性关节炎患者,可有效缓解疼痛,恢复其运动功能及关节功能,可在临床上推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of local fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training on pain and motor function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 88 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from February to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups using the numerical classification method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training,and the study group was treated with local fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results At 2,4,and 6 months after treatment,the pain scores of the study group were(1.6±0.3)points,(1.4±1.4)points,and(1.1±0.2)points,which were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all the motor function indexes of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,the joint function scores and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Local fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training to treat patients with knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve the pain,restore their motor function and joint function,and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
