摘要
目的探讨改良动态反馈训练结合患肢抚触在踝关节骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法选择邹城市人民医院2018年5月—2020年5月收治的踝关节骨折术后患者72例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例).对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组进行改良动态反馈训练结合患肢抚触,两组均持续干预6个月.对比分析两组的步行功能、平衡功能、疼痛程度及踝关节功能.结果干预前,两组的Tinetti平衡与步态量表、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及各项美国足踝外科医师协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的Tinetti平衡与步态量表评分、BBS评分分别为(22.44±2.68)分、(43.84±5.11)分,均高于对照组,观察组的VAS评分为(1.63±0.49)分,低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者的各项AOFAS踝-后足评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论改良动态反馈训练结合患肢抚触能够有效减轻踝关节骨折术后患者的疼痛,改善其步行能力、平衡功能,促进踝关节功能恢复.
Objective To investigate the effect of modified dynamic feedback training combined with affected limb touching on patients with ankle fracture after operation.Methods A total of 72 patients with ankle fracture after operation admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(36 cases)and an observation group(36 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received modified dynamic feedback training combined with affected limb touching.The intervention lasted for 6 months in both groups.The walking function,balance function,pain degree and ankle function were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in Tinetti balance and gait scale score,Berg balance scale(BBS)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain and ankle-foot scores of American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)(P>0.05).After intervention,the Tinetti balance and gait scale score and BBS score of the observation group were(22.44±2.68)points and(43.84±5.11)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,while the VAS score of the observation group was(1.63±0.49)points,which was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the ankle-foot scores of AOFAS of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified dynamic feedback training combined with affercted limb touch can effectively relieve pain,improve walking ability and balance function,and promote ankle function recovery of patients after ankle fracture surgery.
