早期康复训练联合低频重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中后偏瘫患者平衡能力及肢体运动功能的影响

摘要 目的分析早期康复训练联合低频重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)对脑卒中后偏瘫患者平衡能力、肢体运动功能的影响.方法选取2019年1月—2020年8月该院收治的96例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例.对照组单纯进行早期康复训练,研究组采用早期康复训练联合低频rTMS.干预3个月后,比较两组患者的肢体运动功能、平衡能力、肌力及步态.结果干预后,研究组患者的上、下肢运动功能评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组患者的平衡能力评分及肌力均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,研究组患者的步速、步频比对照组快,步长比对照组长,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期康复训练联合低频rTMS可有效改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,提高肌力,改善其步态及平衡能力. Objective To analyze the effects of early rehabilitation training combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)onbalance ability and limb motor function in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 96 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group only received early rehabilitation training,and the research group used early rehabilitation training combined with low frequency rTMS.After 3 months of intervention,limb motor function,balance ability,muscle strength and gait were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the upper and lower limbs motor function scores and the total scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the balance ability score and muscle strength of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the walking speed and frequency of patients in the study group were faster than those in the control group,and the step length was longer than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with low frequency rTMS can effectively improve limb motor function,muscle strength,gait and balance ability of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
