生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练在子宫切除术后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者中的应用效果 被引量:1

Application of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Combined with Vagina Dumbbell Training in Patients with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction After Hysterectomy

摘要 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练在子宫切除术后盆底功能障碍性疾病(pelvic floor dysfunction,PFD)患者中的应用效果.方法选取该院2018年9月—2020年8月收治的86例子宫切除术后PFD患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法划分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用常规缩肛运动训练,研究组在此基础上应用生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练.比较两组患者的临床疗效,训练前后尿失禁情况与生活质量评分情况.结果研究组的总有效率为95.35%,较对照组的76.74%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).训练前,两组的国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷简表(International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire short-form,ICIQ-SF)、生活质量综合评定问卷(generic quality of life inventory-74,GQOLI-74)评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,两组的ICIQ-SF评分均低于训练前,GQOLI-74评分均高于训练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且研究组的ICIQ-SF评分低于对照组,GQOLI-74评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练能够有效改善子宫切除术后PFD患者的临床症状,提高其治疗效果,保障其生活质量,适于临床推广. Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)after hysterectomy.Methods 86 patients with post-hysterectomy PFD admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to August 2020 were selected for the study,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group used conventional rectum retraction exercise training,and the research group applied biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vagina dumbbell training on this basis.The clinical efficacy,urinary incontinence and quality of life scores before and after training were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before training,the scores of the two groups were compared on the International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire short-form(ICIQ-SF)and the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74),and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);After training,the ICIQ-SF scores of the two groups were lower than before training,and the GQOLI-74 scores were higher than before training,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the ICIQ-SF score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the GQOLI-74 score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of PFD patients after hysterectomy,improve the treatment effect,and ensure their quality of life,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
