早期综合康复治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能、运动功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on Neurological Function, Motor Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Hemiplegia

目的探讨早期综合康复治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能、运动功能及生活质量的影响.方法选取该院2018年10月—2020年5月收治的100例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组50例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组采用早期综合康复治疗,均干预6个月,对比两组患者干预前后的神经功能、运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量.结果干预3个月、6个月,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分均低于治疗前,且观察组NIHSS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分均明显高于干预前,且观察组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者各项生活质量评分均高于干预前,且观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对脑梗死偏瘫患者采用早期综合康复治疗,能够提升患者的神经功能、运动功能,进而提升其生活质量,值得临床应用推广.

Objective To investigate the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on neurological function,motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by using the random number method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,with both interventions for 6 months.The neurological function,motor function,daily living ability and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After 3 months and 6 months of intervention,the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than before the intervention,and the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before the intervention,and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia can improve the patient's neurological and motor functions,thereby improving their quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
