手指屈指运动结合综合康复训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者手指、上肢活动度及自理能力的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Finger Flexion Exercise Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on the Mobility of the Fingers and Upper Limbs and Self-Care Ability of Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

摘要 目的探究手指屈指运动结合综合康复训练在脑卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选取该院2019年5月—2020年8月收治的110例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组55例和观察组55例.对照组采用综合康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用手指屈指运动.比较两组干预前后的手指活动度、上肢活动度、自理能力及生活质量.结果干预前,两组手指活动度、上肢活动度、自理能力及生活质量比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,与对照组相比,观察组手指最大伸展角度、主动活动范围及最大屈曲角度均较大,上肢前臂旋转及腕背伸活动度均较大,Barthel指数评分及脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分均较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论手指屈指运动结合综合康复训练能够有效恢复脑卒中后偏瘫患者的肢体活动度,提高生活能力,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用. Objective To explore the application effect of finger flexion exercise combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods The 110 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into the control group of 55 cases and the observation group of 55 cases according to the random number table method.The control group used comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the observation group used finger flexion exercises on the basis of the control group.The finger mobility,upper limb mobility,self-care ability and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of finger mobility,upper limb mobility,self-care ability and quality of life(P>0.05);after the intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group's fingers'maximum extension angle,active range of motion and maximum flexion angle were all larger,the upper limbs'forearm rotation and wrist dorsal extension activities were both larger,the Barthel index score and stroke-specific quality of life scale score were both higher,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Finger flexion exercises combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively restore the limb mobility of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,improve their living ability,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
