基于马斯洛层次理论的Kegel运动与正念放松训练在子宫肌瘤切除术后患者中的应用效果研究

The Study on the Application Effect of Kegel Exercise and Mindfulness Relaxation Training Based on Maslow's Hierarchical Theory in Patients after Hysteromyomectomy

目的探讨基于马斯洛层次理论的凯格尔(Kegel)运动与正念放松训练在子宫肌瘤切除术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年5月—2020年9月该院收治的88例子宫肌瘤切除术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例.对照组采用Kegel运动,试验组开展基于马斯洛层次理论的Kegel运动与正念放松训练,两组均持续干预8周.对比两组患者干预前后的盆底功能、应激障碍与应对方式.结果干预后,试验组盆底肌力分级情况优于对照组,创伤后应激障碍自评量表评分低于对照组,积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于马斯洛层次理论的Kegel运动与正念放松训练联合应用于子宫肌瘤切除术后患者中的临床效果确切,可以减轻患者创伤应激障碍,改善其应对方式及盆底功能.

Objective To explore the application effect of Kegel exercise and mindfulness relaxation training based on Maslow's hierarchical theory in patients after hysteromyomectomy.Methods From May 2019 to September 2020,88 patients after hysteromyomectomy in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group used Kegel exercises and the experimental group carried out Kegel exercises and mindfulness relaxation training based on Maslow's hierarchical theory,both groups continued the intervention for 8 weeks.The pelvic floor function,stress disorder and coping style before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the pelvic floor muscle strength grading of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the post-traumatic stress disorder self-rating scale scores was lower than that of the control group,the positive coping score was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kegel exercises and mindfulness relaxation training based on Maslow's hierarchical theory was clinically effective in patients after hysteromyomectomy,which can reduce traumatic stress disorder and improving their coping style and pelvic floor function.
