中药联合针灸治疗慢性头晕的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Chronic Dizziness

目的探究中药联合针灸治疗慢性头晕的临床效果.方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年10月收治的120例慢性头晕患者为研究对象,根据患者意愿将其分为研究组(n=70)与对照组(n=50).对照组口服西药西比灵治疗,研究组采用中药联合针炙治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后的脑血管灌注指数(perfusion index,PI)值、最大血流速度(maximum velocity,Vmax)、眩晕残障评定量表(dizziness handicap inventory,DHI)评分及其治疗有效率.结果两组患者治疗前的PI值、Vmax及DHI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的PI值、Vmax及DHI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组各项指标均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用中药联合针灸治疗慢性头晕患者,能更好地改善其症状和脑血管血流,治疗效果优于单纯口服西比灵治疗,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on chronic dizziness.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic dizziness admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group(n=70)and a control group(n=50)according to their wishes.The control group was treated with western medicine sibeline,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture.The cerebral perfusion index(PI),maximum velocity(Vmax),dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score before and after treatment and the effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in PI value,Vmax and DHI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the PI value,Vmax and DHI score in the two groups were lower than before,and all indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.86%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture can better improve the symptoms and cerebrovascular blood flow of patients with chronic dizziness,and the therapeutic effect is superior to the simple oral treatment of sibeline,which is worthy of clinical application.
