跳绳运动对围绝经期综合征和抑郁的康复效果研究

Rehabilitation Effect of Rope Skipping Exercise on Perimenopausal Syndrome and Depression

目的分析跳绳运动对围绝经期综合征和抑郁的康复效果.方法选取96例该院2019年11月—2020年4月收治的围绝经期综合征伴抑郁症状患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组48例.对照组依患者自身意愿行自然锻炼,研究组实施有计划的跳绳训练,观察两组患者治疗3个月后的症状变化情况,并比较两组患者的干预效果.结果治疗前,两组的Kupperman评分与CES-D评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的上述评分均较治疗前下降,且研究组评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(<0.05).研究组总有效率为95.83%,较对照组的83.33%明显更高,组间差异有统计学意义(<0.05).结论跳绳运动对围绝经期综合征和抑郁的康复效果较好,值得在临床中进一步推广应用.

Objective To analyze the rehabilitation effect of rope skipping on perimenopausal syndrome and depression.Methods 96 patients with perimenopausal syndrome and depressive symptoms admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group performed natural exercises according to the patients'own wishes,and the study group implemented planned rope skipping training.The symptoms of the two groups were observed after 3 months of treatments,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the Kupperman score and CES-D score of the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rope skipping has a good recovery effect on perimenopausal syndrome and depression,and it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
