消化内镜治疗中应用系统规范化护理的效果观察

The Application Effect of Systematic Standardized Care in Treatment of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的分析在消化内镜治疗中应用系统规范化护理的效果.方法选取该院2018年1月—2020年3月进行消化内镜下治疗的患者30例,以抽签法分为参照组和试验组,每组15例.对照组行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上行系统规范化护理.对比两组患者治疗时配合情况、并发症发生情况以及护理后的满意度.结果护理后,试验组患者的总配合度93.33%明显高于对照组的53.33%,并发症发生率13.33%明显低于对照组的46.67%,总满意度93.33%高于对照组的60.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对消化内镜下治疗患者采取系统规范化护理,可以有效提高患者的治疗依从性,降低并发症的发生风险,并提高其护理满意度,值得在临床上推广应用.

Objective To analyze the effect of applying systematic standardized care in the treatment of gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods 30 patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy were selected in the hospital from January 2018 to March 2020,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group in the form of draw sign method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given systematic standardized care on the basis of the control group,control the cooperation during treatment,occurrence of complicated symptoms,and the satisfaction after nursing of the two groups were compared.Results After care,the total cooperation of patients in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 53.33%in the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 46.67%in the control group,the total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than the 60.00%of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic standardized care for patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy can effectively improve patients'compliance with treatment,reduce their risk of complications,and increase their satisfaction with care,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
