老年髋部骨折患者术后髋关节功能康复的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Postoperative Hip Function Rehabilitation in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的探究老年髋部骨折手术后患者髋关节功能康复的影响因素.方法选择该院接收的60例髋部骨折患者为研究样本,其治疗时间均在2019年1月—2020年1月.全部患者均实施髋部骨折手术治疗,手术后观察患者髋关节功能康复情况.对康复良好组与康复不佳组进行单因素比较,将存在差异的因素纳入Logistic回归分析,分析术后髋关节功能康复不佳的影响因素.结果两组年龄、病程、骨密度、运动频率、内科合并症以及康复锻炼差等方面比较,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).Logistic回归分析结果,发现高龄、病程长、骨密度低、运动频率少、内科合并症以及未实施康复锻炼是患者手术后髋关节功能康复不佳的影响因素(P<0.05).结论对高龄、病程长、骨密度低、运动频率少、内科合并症以及未实施康复锻炼的老年患者,可实施针对性干预措施,以提升术后康复效果.

Objective To explore the factors influencing the rehabilitation of hip joint function in elderly patients after hip fracture surgery.Methods 60 hip fracture patients accepted by the hospital were selected as the study samples,and the treatment time was between January 2019 and January 2020.All patients underwent surgical treatment of hip fractures,and observed the recovery of the hip joint function after the operation.A single factor comparison was made between the wellrehabilitation group and the poorly-rehabilitation group,and the factors with differences were included in the Logistic regression analysis to analyze the factors affecting the poor postoperative hip function rehabilitation.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,disease course,bone density,exercise frequency,medical complications,and poor rehabilitation exercises(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis found that advanced age,long course of disease,low bone density,low exercise frequency,medical complications,and failure to perform rehabilitation exercises were the influencing factors of poor hip function recovery after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with advanced age,long course of disease,low bone density,low exercise frequency,medical complications and no rehabilitation exercises,targeted intervention measures can be implemented to improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect.
