康复干预联合人工关节置换术治疗晚期膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效

Effect of Rehabilitation Intervention Combined with Artificial Joint Replacement in the Treatment of Advanced Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨康复干预联合人工关节置换术治疗晚期膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效.方法选取2018年2月—2020年2月该院收治的68例晚期膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分成研究组和对照组,各34例.对照组采用人工关节置换术治疗,研究组采用康复干预联合人工关节置换术治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、美国纽约特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分.结果研究组治疗总有效率91.2%高于对照组的70.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组患者的疼痛评分(25.7±2.3)分、功能评分(17.7±2.5)分、关节活动度评分(15.6±2.7)分、屈曲畸形评分(8.9±1.2)分、关节肌力评分(9.5±1.3)分、稳定性评分(8.5±1.3)分均明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论晚期膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用康复干预联合人工关节置换术治疗能有效提高临床疗效,并改善患者的膝关节功能,可推广使用.

Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation intervention combined with artificial joint replacement in the treatment of advanced osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods A total of 68 patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with artificial joint replacement,while the study group was treated with rehabilitation intervention combined with artificial joint replacement.The clinical outcomes and Hospital for Special Surgery knee(HSS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.2%,which was higher than 70.6%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the patients'pain score(25.7±2.3)points,functional score(17.7±2.5)points,joint mobility score(15.6±2.7)points,flexion deformity score(8.9±1.2)points,joint muscle strength score(9.5±1.3)points and stability score(8.5±1.3)points in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation intervention combined with artificial joint replacement can effectively improve clinical efficacy and improve the knee function in patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis,so it can be widely used.
