循经推拿结合康复锻炼对下肢骨折术后肿胀的影响

Effect of Meridian Massage Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise on Postoperative Swelling of Lower Limb Fracture

目的分析循经推拿结合康复锻炼对下肢骨折术后肿胀的影响.方法以该院2018年1月—2019年1月收治的下肢骨折术后发生肿胀的患者200例为研究对象,以随机数字表法进行分组,对照组患者(100例)采用常规康复锻练,观察组患者(100例)在对照组基础上联合循经推拿.对比两组患者的术后肿胀分级、肿胀消退时间以及疼痛程度.结果观察组患者的肿胀恢复率为85.0%(85/100),高于对照组患者的35.0%(35/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的肿胀消退时间短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组患者的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的疼痛评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过循经推拿结合康复锻炼对下肢骨折手术后发生肿胀患者进行治疗,可以有效地缓解肿胀,缩短肿胀消退的时间,值得推广应用.

Objective To analyze the effect of massage along meridians combined with rehabilitation exercise on postoperative swelling of lower limb fracture.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,200 patients with swelling after surgical treatment of lower limb fractures in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and then the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(100 cases)was treated with conventional rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group(100 cases)was treated with massage along meridians on the basis of the control group.The postoperative swelling grading,swelling regression time and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The swelling recovery rate of the observation group was 85.0%(85/100),higher than the control groups 35.0%(35/100),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the swelling regression time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage along the meridians combined with rehabilitation exercise for the treatment of swelling after lower limb fracture surgery can effectively alleviate the swelling and shorten the time of swelling regression,which is worthy of promotion and application.
