瘢痕畸形修复结合早期系统康复训练治疗小儿手部烧伤后瘢痕畸形的效果

The Effect of Scar Deformity Repair Combined with Early System Rehabilitation Training in Treating Scar Deformity after Hand Burn in Children

目的手部烧伤后瘢痕畸形患儿应用瘢痕畸形修复结合早期系统康复训练治疗的效果分析.方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月收治的70例手部烧伤后瘢痕畸形的患儿,将其按照简单随机化法均分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用瘢痕畸形修复,观察组在此基础上应用早期系统康复训练,比较两组疗效、关节功能恢复情况、监护人对手部外观满意度.结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组关节功能优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患儿监护人对手部外观满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对手部烧伤后瘢痕畸形患儿应用瘢痕畸形修复结合早期系统康复训练治疗效果较好,能有效提高手部功能,改善手部外观,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of treatment with scar deformity repair combined with early system rehabilitation training in children with scar deformity after hand burn.Methods 70 children with scar deformity after hand burn were selected from June 2018 to June 2019,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to simple randomization method.The control group was treated with scar deformity repair,and the observation group was treated with early system rehabilitation training on this basis.The efficacy,joint function recovery,and guardian's satisfaction with the appearance of the hands were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the appearance of their hands of the guardians of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of scar deformity combined with early system rehabilitation training for children with hand scar deformity after hand burn is effective,which can effectively improve hand function and hand appearance,and is worthy of promotion.
