快速康复护理对肿瘤介入手术患者术后康复的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients Undergoing Tumor Interventional Surgery

目的探讨快速康复护理对肿瘤介入手术患者术后康复的影响.方法选取该院2019年12月—2020年2月收治的肿瘤介入术后患者102例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用快速康复护理,比较两组患者的术后康复状况.结果观察组患者的术前准备、股动脉压迫、发热、介入手术的长期性、手术预后等方面的认知合格率均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组介入术后渗血时间、下床活动时间、穿刺口愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在肿瘤介入术后护理中应用快速康复护理,可提高患者的疾病认知程度,改善术后康复效果,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing tumor interventional surgery.Methods 102 patients undergoing interventional tumor surgery in this hospital from December 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group used rapid rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The postoperative recovery status of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The cognitive qualification rate of preoperative preparation,femoral artery compression,fever,long-term interventional surgery,surgical prognosis and other aspects of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative bleeding,the time to get out of bed,the healing time of the puncture port,and the hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing in post-tumor interventional nursing can improve the patient's disease awareness and improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
