康复护理对下肢骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓患者的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Lower Extremity Fracture Complicated by Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的探讨康复护理对下肢骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓患者的影响.方法随机抽取2018年1—12月期间由于下肢骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓而接受诊治的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机法平均分为两组,对照组30例患者采取常规护理,实验组30例患者采取康复护理,对比两组患者的护理效果.结果护理后,实验组患者护理有效率(96.66%)明显优于对照组患者(73.34%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,实验组患者的各项SF-36量表评分均显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论下肢骨折并发下肢深静脉血栓患者采用康复护理的效果显著,能够提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with lower limb fractures complicated by deep vein thrombosis.Methods Randomly selected 60 patients who were diagnosed and treated due to lower limb fractures complicated by lower limb deep venous thrombosis from January to December 2018 as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random method.30 patients in the control group took conventional care,and 30 patients in the experimental group took rehabilitation care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the effective rate of nursing of the experimental group(96.66%)was significantly better than that of the control group(73.34%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 scale scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation care for patients with lower extremity fractures complicated by deep vein thrombosis has a significant effect,can improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
