逍遥解郁方联合前庭康复训练对持续性姿势-知觉性头晕的临床疗效分析

The Clinical Effect of Xiaoyao Jieyu Decoction Combined with Vestibular Rehabilitation Training on Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness

目的评价逍遥解郁方联合前庭康复训练对持续性姿势-知觉性头晕(PPPD)的临床疗效.方法选择该院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的60例PPPD患者随机分为两组,均给予前庭康复训练,对照组联合艾司西酞普兰,试验组联合逍遥解郁方.比较两组治疗前和治疗后2、4、6周的眩晕情况及不良反应.结果治疗前,两组患者的DHI总评分及功能、生理、情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,试验组上述评分高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4、6周后,试验组的上述评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的治疗总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组的不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论逍遥解郁方联合前庭康复训练可有效减轻PPPD患者的临床症状,且不良反应少.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao Jieyu Decoction combined with vestibular rehabilitation training on persistent postural-perceptual dizziness(PPPD).Methods 60 cases of PPPD patients admitted to this hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.They were all given vestibular rehabilitation training.On this basis,the control group was given escitalopram,the experimental group was given Xiaoyao Jieyu Decoction.The dizziness and adverse reactions of the two groups before treatment and 2,4,and 6 weeks after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the total DHI scores,functional,physiological,and emotional scores of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment,the above seores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,but the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant.after 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,the above scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyao Jieyu Decoction combined with vestibular rehabilitation training can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of PPPD patients with few adverse reactions.
