浮针联合穴位注射治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Floating Needle Combined with Acupoint Injection on Acute Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨浮针联合穴位注射治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效.方法选取该院2019年1—12月收治的104例急性腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,每组52例.对照组采用传统针灸联合穴位注射治疗,实验组采用浮针联合穴位注射治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果治疗后,实验组VAS评分明显低于对照组,ODI评分明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组总有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(92.31%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论浮针联合穴位注射治疗可有效减轻急性腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰痛程度,改善其腰椎功能,提高临床疗效.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of floating needle combined with acupoint injection on patients with acute lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 104 patients with acute lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture combined with acupoint injection,and the experimental group was treated with floating needle combined with acupoint injection.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the ODI score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating needle combined with acupoint injection therapy can effectively reduce the degree of back pain in patients with acute lumbar disc herniation,improve the lumbar function,and improve the clinical efficacy.
