肌内效贴联合综合康复治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Intramuscular Sticking Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Brachial Plexus Injury in Children

目的观察肌内效贴联合综合康复治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效。方法选取该院2017年5月—2019年5月收治的40例臂丛神经损伤患儿,随机分为联合组和对照组。对照组采用综合康复治疗,联合组采用肌内效贴联合综合康复治疗。治疗6个月后,对比两组徒手肌力和手功能。结果治疗前,两组的徒手肌力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组的徒手肌力(3.00±0.73)级,高于对照组的(2.35±0.81)级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的手功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组的手功能评分(19.05±3.68)分,高于对照组的(12.75±1.97)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴联合综合康复治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的疗效显著,能够提升患儿的徒手肌力,改善手功能,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intramuscular sticking combined with comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of brachial plexus injury in children.Methods A total of 40 children with brachial plexus injury admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a combination group and a control group.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,and the combined group received intramuscular patch combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.After 6 months of treatment,the bare hands muscle strength and hand function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups'bare hands muscle strength(P>0.05);after treatment,the hand muscle strength(3.00±0.73)grades of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(2.35±0.81)grades,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hand function scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the hand function score of the combined group was(19.05±3.68)points,which was higher than the control group(12.75±1.97)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intramuscular sticking combined with comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of brachial plexus injury in children is significant.It can improve the hand muscle strength and hand function of children.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
