补中益气汤联合康复锻炼对中风后吞咽障碍的治疗作用研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise on Swallowing Disorders after Stroke

目的研究分析补中益气汤联合康复锻炼对中风后吞咽障碍的临床治疗效果。方法选择该院2019年3月—2020年4月收治的中风后吞咽障碍患者88例,随机分为两组,每组44例,对照组给予补中益气汤治疗,观察组在此基础上联合康复锻炼,在治疗前后评价两组患者洼田吞咽能力及吞咽造影检查评分,评价临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前的吞咽造影评分、洼田吞咽能力评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组吞咽造影评分及洼田吞咽能力评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率93.2%高于对照组的81.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中风后吞咽障碍患者在服用补中益气汤基础上联合康复锻炼,能够提高患者吞咽功能水平,疗效显著,可在临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical treatment effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with rehabilitation exercise on swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods A total of 88 patients with post-stroke dysphagia admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 44 cases.The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,and the observation group was combined with rehabilitation exercises on this basis.Before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated on the swallowing ability and swallowing contrast examination scores to evaluate the clinical treatment effect.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment with the contrast swallowing score and the Watian swallowing ability score(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of angiography and swallowing ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.2%higher than 81.8%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with dysphagia after apoplexy can improve their swallowing function by taking Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in combination with rehabilitation exercises.The effect is significant and can be promoted in clinical practice.
