针灸推拿配合中药治疗早期膝骨性关节炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Early Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨早期膝骨性关节炎患者采用针灸推拿配合中药治疗的临床效果。方法选择该院2019年6月—2020年7月收治的早期膝骨性关节炎患者60例,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用腔内注射玻璃酸钠注射液+口服美洛昔康胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针灸推拿配合补阳还五汤治疗。治疗1个月后,评价两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的Lysholm膝关节评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的评分均高于治疗前,且观察组评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期膝骨性关节炎患者在常规西药治疗的基础上联用针灸推拿配合补阳还五汤干预可有效提高治疗效果,有利于患者膝关节功能的恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in patients with early knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with early knee osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intracavity injection of sodium hyaluronate injection+oral meloxicam capsule,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the Lysholm knee scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically different(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and massage combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction intervention in patients with early knee osteoarthritis on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and is beneficial to the recovery of knee joint function.It is worthy of promotion.
