脑卒中后肩手综合征患者实施综合康复治疗的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy in Patients with Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after Stroke

目的探索脑卒中后肩手综合征患者实施综合康复治疗干预的价值。方法将2018年4月—2020年8月该医院收治的62例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者纳入研究,随机数字表分为两组。试验组予以综合康复治疗干预,对照组予以一般康复治疗干预。结果试验组康复治疗有效率96.77%,高于对照组77.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组执行康复治疗干预之后的VAS(3.30±0.24)分低于对照组的(5.57±0.40)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组执行康复治疗干预之后的MBI(84.90±7.54)分高于对照组的(73.63±6.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组执行康复治疗干预之后的肢体运动FMA(19.10±4.23)分高于对照组的(14.52±3.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后肩手综合征患者实施综合康复治疗干预措施康复治疗效果良好。

Objective To explore the value of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention for patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods From April 2018 to August 2020,62 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke in this hospital were included in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The experimental group received comprehensive rehabilitation intervention,and the control group received general rehabilitation intervention.Results The effective rate of rehabilitation treatment in the experimental group was 96.77%,which was higher than 77.42%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS(3.30±0.24)points of the experimental group after rehabilitation intervention was lower than that of the control group(5.57±0.40)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MBI(84.90±7.54)points of the experimental group after rehabilitation intervention was higher than that of the control group(73.63±6.70)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The limb movement FMA(19.10±4.23)points of the experimental group after rehabilitation intervention was higher than that of the control group(14.52±3.10)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation intervention measures for patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke have good results.
