呼吸康复疗法在职业性尘肺病患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Respiratory Rehabilitation Therapy in Patients with Occupational Pneumoconiosis

目的 探讨呼吸康复综合疗法在职业性尘肺病患者中的应用价值.方法 将2017年1月—2019年12月收治的职业性尘肺病患者120例,用随机分组法分为对照组和试验组.对照组60例给予职业病科常规治疗及简单康复治疗,试验组60例在职业病科常规治疗基础上,加用呼吸康复综合治疗,两组疗程均为6个月.观察两组疗效.结果 试验组与对照组分别给予6个月的治疗后,6 min步行试验距离、动脉血氧饱和度、患者生存质量评分均较治疗前提高,且试验组各项指标提高较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前后对照组与试验组体重指数(BMI)变化不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 呼吸康复疗法可以改善职业性尘肺病患者的呼吸困难症状,提高其运动耐量,改善患者生存质量,效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive respiratory rehabilitation therapy in patients with occupational pneumoconiosis.Methods 120 patients with occupational pneumoconiosis admitted from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.60 patients in the control group were given routine occupational disease treatment and simple rehabilitation treatment,and 60 patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive respiratory rehabilitation treatment on the basis of routine occupational disease treatment.The course of treatment in both groups was 6 months.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,the 6 min walking distance,arterial blood oxygen saturation,and patients'quality of life(QOL)scores in both groups were significantly improved,and the various indicators in the experimental group improved significantly than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the body mass index(BMI)of the control group and the experimental group showed little change,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Respiratory rehabilitation therapy can improve the dyspnea symptoms of patients with occupational pneumoconiosis,improve their exercise tolerance,and improve the quality of life.The effect is significant and it is worthy of clinical application.
