足踝功能训练配合矫形鞋治疗儿童柔软性扁平足的效果探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探究足踝功能训练配合矫形鞋治疗儿童柔软性扁平足的效果.方法 选择2018年1—12月收治的48例儿童柔软性扁平足患者,随机分成对照组(矫形鞋)和观察组(足踝功能训练配合矫形鞋),各24例.对比两组疗效.结果 治疗前,两组患儿的各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗3、6、12个月后,观察组足弓指数较对照组低,内侧及外侧足弓高度值较对照组高,后跟角度较对照组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 儿童柔软性扁平足患者应用足踝功能训练配合矫形鞋治疗,效果确切,能有效改善患者足弓形态,有利于病情转归,值得临床应用和推荐. Objective To explore the effect of ankle function training combined with orthopaedic shoes in the treatment of children's soft flat feet.Methods 48 children with soft flat feet who were admitted from January to December 2018 randomly divided into a control group(orthopaedic shoes)and an observation group(ankle function training combined with orthopaedic shoes),with 24 cases in each group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the differences in the indicators between the two groups of children were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3,6,and 12 months of treatment,the observation group's arch index was lower than that of the control group,the medial and lateral arches were higher than the control group,and the heel angle was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ankle functional training combined with orthopedic shoes for children with soft flat feet has a definite effect.It can effectively improve the shape of the patient's arch and is beneficial to the outcome of the disease.It is worthy of clinical application and recommendation.
