全子宫切除术后盆底康复治疗的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation after Total Hysterectomy

目的 讨论全子宫切除术后盆底康复治疗的效果.方法 选择巫溪县人民医院2019年1—12月收治的112例接受全子宫切除术的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用盆底康复治疗,对比两组的治疗效果.结果 研究组的尿失禁频率、1h尿垫试验量、盆底肌持续收缩时间、残余尿量等盆底肌功能障碍指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组盆底肌张力改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组康复治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 盆底康复治疗能够有效改善盆底障碍,值得应用推广.

Objective To discuss the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation after total hysterectomy.Methods 112 patients who received total hysterectomy in Wuxi County People's Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The The pelvic floor muscle dysfunction indicators such as the frequency of urinary incontinence,the amount of urine pad test in 1 h,the duration of pelvic floor muscle contraction,and the residual urine volume of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of improvement of pelvic floor muscle tension in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of rehabilitation treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve pelvic floor disorders,which is worthy of application and promotion.
