康复锻炼结合营养支持在胃癌术后患者中的应用

Application of Rehabilitation Exercise Combined with Nutritional Support in Patients after Gastric Cancer Surgery

目的 探讨康复锻炼结合营养支持在胃癌术后患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2017年5月—2019年10月收治的68例胃癌术后患者,随机分为两组,各34例.对照组予以营养支持,观察组采用康复锻炼结合营养支持,比较护理前后两组的营养指标、胃肠功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间及并发症发生情况.结果 护理前两组HB、TP、ALB水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组HB、TP、ALB水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组胃肠功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胃癌患者术后应用康复锻炼结合营养支持,可改善患者营养状况,促进胃肠功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation exercise combined with nutritional support in patients after gastric cancer surgery.Methods 68 postoperative gastric cancer patients admitted from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given nutritional support,and the observation group was given rehabilitation exercise combined with nutritional support.The nutritional indicators,gastrointestinal function recovery time,anal exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The differences in the levels of HB,TP,and ALB between the two groups before nursing were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the HB、TP、ALB levels of the two groups were increased,and the levels of observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group's gastrointestinal function recovery time,anal exhaust time,and postoperative hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation exercise combined with nutritional support in gastric cancer patients after surgery can improve the nutritional status of patients,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical use.
