快速康复外科护理应用于基层医院结肠癌手术患者的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing Applied to Patients with Colon Cancer Surgery in Primary Hospitals

目的 研究基层医院对结肠癌手术患者采用快速康复外科护理的临床效果.方法 随机选取2016年6月-2018年6月收治的结肠癌手术患者76例,将其随机分成两组,即实验组与对照组,每组38例.对照组患者进行一般护理,实验组患者采用快速康复外科护理,对比两组患者的临床效果及并发症发生情况以及护理满意度.结果 实验组患者的肛门排气时间、进食时间显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者术后并发症发生率(5.26%)低于对照组患者(26.31%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组患者的护理满意度(94.73%)显著高于对照组患者(78.94%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对基层医院内的结肠癌手术患者使用快速康复外科护理,可提高患者的临床治疗效果,帮助患者快速恢复身体健康,减少术后并发症的发生情况.

Objective To study the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for colon cancer patients in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 76 colon cancer surgery patients admitted from 2016 to 2018 were randomly selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received general nursing,while the patients in the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.The clinical effects and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The anal exhaust time and eating time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(5.26%)was lower than that in the control group(26.31%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(94.73%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.94%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for colon cancer surgery patients in primary hospitals can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,help patients quickly restore their health,and reduce postoperative complications.
