加速康复外科理念在异位妊娠患者临床护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Clinical Nursing of Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的 探讨加速康复外科理念在异位妊娠患者护理中的效果.方法 选择2018年2月—2019年4月临沂市中医医院收治的72例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(36例)和对照组(36例),对照组接受常规护理,研究组应用加速康复外科理念干预,比较两组的护理效果及并发症情况.结果 干预后,研究组SDS(38.26±6.19)分、SAS(39.65±5.37)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组下床行走时间(12.56±1.74)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(12.33±2.18)h、肛门排气时间(15.86±2.21)h、住院时间(6.26±0.54)d,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组并发症发生率5.56%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 加速康复外科理念在异位妊娠患者中的护理效果显著,有利于加快其症状恢复,减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间.

Objective To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in the nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods 72 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a research group(36 cases)and a control group(36 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the research group applied the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The nursing effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of SDS(38.26±6.19)points and SAS(39.65±5.37)points of the research group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the research group,the walk out time(12.56±1.74)h,bowel sound recovery time(12.33±2.18)h,anal exhaust time(15.86±2.21)h,hospitalization time(6.26±0.54)d,were all shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the research group was 5.56%,which was lower than 25.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery has a significant effect on the care of patients with ectopic pregnancy,which is conducive to speeding up the recovery of their symptoms,reducing the occurrence of complications and shortening the hospital stay.
