药物及认知行为疗法联合家庭康复治疗抑郁症的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Medication and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Combined with Family Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Depression

目的 探讨对抑郁症患者采用药物治疗+认知行为疗法+家庭康复的临床效果.方法 将天水市第三人民医院2017年1月—2019年12月收治的84例抑郁症患者按入院序号分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(42例)采用药物治疗+认知行为疗法+家庭康复;对照组(42例)采用药物治疗+认知行为疗法.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗组抑郁症患者病情总好转率(95.24%)高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗2、4、8周后的HAMD17评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,治疗组的QOLI-74量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在药物治疗+认知行为疗法的基础上,增加家庭康复,可显著提升抑郁症患者的病情好转率,有效改善抑郁症状,提升生活质量,提高临床治愈率及治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of medication+cognitive behavioral therapy+family rehabilitation for patients with depression.Methods 84 patients with depression admitted to Tianshui Third People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to admission serial number.The treatment group(42 cases)used medication+cognitive behavior therapy+family rehabilitation;the control group(42 cases)used medication+cognitive behavior therapy.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall improvement rate of depression patients in the treatment group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD17 scores of the treatment group after 2,4,and 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the QOLI-74 scale score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of drug therapy+cognitive behavioral therapy,increasing family rehabilitation can significantly increase the overall improvement rate of patients with depression,effectively improve depression symptoms,improve quality of life,improve clinical cure rate and treatment compliance,and it is worthy of clinical application.
