脱垂性痔疮患者应用自动痔上黏膜柱状套扎联合外剥内扎术治疗的康复效果研究

Study on the Effect of Automatic Supra-Hemorrhoid Mucosal Column Ligation Combined with External Stripping and Internal Ligation on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Prolapsed Hemorrhoids

目的 探究脱垂性痔疮患者采用自动痔上黏膜柱状套扎联合外剥内扎术治疗的康复效果.方法 选择2017年3月—2020年2月平凉天泰医院收治的脱垂性痔疮患者100例为研究对象,50例进行外剥内扎术治疗的患者为常规组,另50例联合使用自动痔上粘膜柱状套扎的患者为研究组.比较分析两组患者的治疗效果、相关指标以及并发症发生率.结果 在治疗总有效率上,研究组的98.00%明显高于常规组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、创面愈合时间均明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在并发症发生率上,研究组的6.00%明显低于常规组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对脱垂性痔疮患者采用自动痔上粘膜柱状套扎联合外剥内扎术治疗的应用价值高,手术时间短,创面愈合快,术后并发症少,值得推广.

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of automatic supra-hemorrhoid mucosal column ligation combined with external stripping and internal ligation on patients with prolapsed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients with prolapsed hemorrhoids admitted to Pingliang Tiantai Hospital from were selected as the research objects.50 patients who underwent external dissection and internal ligation were in the conventional group,and the other 50 patients who were combined with automatic columnar ligation of hemorrhoids were in the study group.The treatment effects,related indicators and complication rate of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,98.00%in the study group was significantly higher than 76.00%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and wound healing time of the study group were significantly better than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of complication rate,the study group's 6.00%was significantly lower than the routine group's 20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with prolapse hemorrhoids,automatic supra-hemorrhoid mucosal column ligation combined with external stripping and internal ligation has high application value,short operation time,fast wound healing,and few postoperative complications.It is worthy of promotion.
