盆底康复联合药物对慢性盆腔痛的治疗效果研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Combined with Drugs on Chronic Pelvic Pain.

目的 分析盆底康复联合药物对慢性盆腔痛的治疗效果.方法 选取日照市岚山区高兴镇卫生院2019年2月—2020年1月收治的慢性盆腔痛患者70例,随机分组,给予对照组患者盆底康复治疗,观察组则在此基础上增加药物治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组患者的阴道肌张力、阴道肌电压、夜尿次数、盆腔疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分、慢性盆腔痛疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的盆腔功能障碍发生率(2.86%)显著低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 盆底康复联合药物治疗慢性盆腔痛的效果确切,可有效减轻盆腔疼痛,改善盆底功能,同时能改善患者睡眠质量,减少盆底功能障碍的发生率,值得推广应用.

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with drugs on chronic pelvic pain.Methods 70 patients with chronic pelvic pain admitted to the Gaoxing Town Health Center from February 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given pelvic floor rehabilitation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with drugs on this basis.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group's vaginal muscle tension,vaginal muscle voltage,frequency of nocturnal urination,pelvic pain score,sleep quality seore and the therapeutic effect of chronic pelvic pain were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pelvic dysfunction in the observation group(2.86%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain is definite.It can effectively reduce pelvic pain and improve pelvic floor function.At the same time,it can improve patients'sleep quality and reduce the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction.It is worthy of popularization and application.
