规范化教育对老年胸部肿瘤患者术后康复的影响

The Influence of Standardized Education on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients with Thoracic Tumors

目的 讨论规范化教育对老年胸部肿瘤患者术后康复的影响.方法 选取2017年3月-2019年5月在庆阳市人民医院实施手术治疗的老年胸部肿瘤患者30例,随机划分为两组.对照组采取常规健康宣教,观察组在此基础上采取规范化教育,比较两组康复情况.结果 观察组的健康知识知晓率、服药依从性均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,生活质量评分及自我效能评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 规范化教育在老年胸部肿瘤患者术后康复治疗中的应用价值较为理想,可提高患者的服药依从性,有效提升患者的生活质量,改善预后,加快患者的术后康复进程.

Objective To discuss the impact of standardized education on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with thoracic tumors.Methods A total of 30 elderly patients with thoracic tumors who underwent surgical treatment in Qingyang People's Hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted routine health education,and the observation group adopted standardized education on this basis.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results The health knowledge awareness rate and medication compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score and self-efficacy score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of standardized education in postoperative rehabilitation treatment of elderly patients with thoracic tumors is ideal.It can improve the compliance of patients with medication,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve prognosis,and accelerate the process of postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
