中西医结合综合疗法配合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的 探究中西医结合综合疗法配合康复训练治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果.方法 选择聊城市中医医院2019年5月—2020年5月间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,将其随机分组,对照组采用康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用中西医结合治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分(NRS)、腰椎功能评分(JOA)、腰痛评分(ODI)及治疗后的腰椎功能指标与临床疗效.结果 治疗后,观察组患者前屈、后伸最大活动度以及前屈、后伸腰椎肌力正常百分比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者的NRS、JOA、ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的NRS评分低于对照组、JOA评分和ODI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中西医结合综合疗法配合康复训练治疗的效果显著,值得进一步推广使用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of the control group.The pain score(NRS),lumbar function score(JOA),low back pain score(ODI)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,as well as the lumbar function indexes and clinical efficacy after treatment.Results After treatment,the maximum range of motion of flexion and extension and the normal percentage of flexion and extension of the lumbar spine of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences in the NRS,JOA,and ODI scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the NRS score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the JOA score and ODI scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation have a significant effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with rehabilitation training,which is worthy of further promotion.
