穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Acupoint Application on Patients with Bronchial Asthma in Remission

目的 分析穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者的临床疗效.方法 选择2019年5月—2020年5月山东第一医科大学第三附属医院收治的支气管哮喘缓解期患者78例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组39例给予中药汤剂治疗,研究组39例在对照组基础上联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组的临床疗效.结果 研究组临床总有效率92.31%高于对照组的71.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组哮喘发作次数(1.10±0.16)次、哮喘持续时间(1.73±0.42)d、喘息持续时间(2.19±0.15)min均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组FEV1、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者,能改善患者肺功能,有效缓解其症状,进一步提升治疗效果,值得临床上推广使用.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint application on patients with bronchial asthma in remission.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,78 patients with bronchial asthma in remission admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.39 patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,and 39 patients in the study group were treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effectiveness of the study group was 92.31%,higher than 71.79%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of asthma attacks(1.10±0.16)times,the duration of asthma(1.73±0.42)d,the duration of wheezing(2.19±0.15)min in the study group were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function indexes such as FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma in remission period can improve the patients'lung function,effectively relieve their symptoms,and further enhance the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
