正清风痛宁注射液联合小针刀疗法对膝关节炎患者的康复效果观察

Observation on the Rehabilitation Effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection Combined with Small Needle Knife Therapy on Patients with Knee Arthritis

目的 探讨正清风痛宁注射液联合小针刀疗法对膝关节炎患者的康复治疗效果.方法 将2018年1月—2020年1月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者60例随机分2组,对照组采用玻璃酸钠关节注射,观察组采用正清风痛宁注射液联合小针刀疗法,比较两组临床疗效、Lysholm评分、VAS评分和血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平.结果 对照组的有效率(80.00%)低于观察组(96.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后Lysholm评分升高,VAS评分降低,且观察组Lysholm评分和VAS评分的改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后血清MMP-3、MMP-9水平降低,且观察组血清MMP-3、MMP-9的改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 正清风痛宁注射液联合小针刀疗法可提高膝关节炎患者的康复治疗效果,改善膝关节功能.

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with small needle knife therapy on patients with knee arthritis.Methods 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate joint injection,and the observation group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with small needle knife therapy.The clinical efficacy,Lysholm knee score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the control group(80.00%)was lower than that of the observation group(96.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm scores increased and VAS scores decreased in both groups,and the improvements of Lysholm score and VAS score in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum MMP-3 and MMP-9 in the two groups were both decreased,and the improvements of serum MMP-3 and MMP-9 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning injection combined with small needle knife therapy can improve the rehabilitation treatment effect of patients with knee arthritis and improve the knee joint function,which is worthy of promotion.
