摘要
目的探究分析以家庭为中心的延续性护理在小儿脑瘫康复中的效果.方法选取2017年11月—2020年2月日照市妇幼保健院收治的64例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按照奇偶数分组法分为甲组、乙组,每组32例,分别实施以家庭为中心的延续性护理干预与常规护理干预,对比两组结局.结果护理干预前,两组患儿的智力、运动功能发育指数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,两组患儿的智力、运动功能发育指数均优于护理前,且甲组患儿护理6、12个月后的智力、运动功能发育指数均高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).甲组患儿的发育情况优于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑瘫患儿应用以家庭为中心的延续性护理干预,可以促进智力、运动功能发育,改善患儿的发育情况,值得在临床中广泛推荐应用.
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of family-centered continuous nursing in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 64 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Rizhao Maternal and Child Health Care from November 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into Group A and Group B according to the even-odd grouping method,with 32 children in each group.Family-centered continuous nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were implemented respectively,and the outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results Before the nursing intervention,the differences in the intelligence and motor function development indexes between the two groups of children were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the intelligence and motor function development indexes of the two groups were better than those before nursing,and the intelligence and motor function development indexes of children in Group A were higher than those in Group B after 6 and 12 month of nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The developmental status of children in Group A was better than that in Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered continuous nursing intervention for children with cerebral palsy can promote the development of intellectual and motor function,and improve the development of children,which is worthy of being widely recommended in clinical practice.
