高血压的预防及康复治疗探讨

目的探讨医院高血压的预防及康复治疗措施.方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月期间收治的80例高血压患者作为对象进行分析研究,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组40例.其中,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用常规治疗联合康复治疗,观察两组患者的治疗疗效.结果通过康复治疗干预后,研究组患者血压控制率(92.5%)、治疗有效率(95.0%)均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论医院高血压患者采用常规治疗联合康复治疗能够有效控制血压,改善患者生活质量,提高治疗疗效,值得临床推广与应用.

Objective To explore the preventive and rehabilitative measures of hypertension in hospital.Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension admitted from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as subjects for analysis and study.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,the control group used conventional treatment,and the study group used conventional treatment combined with rehabilitation treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients were observed.Results After rehabilitation intervention,the blood pressure control rate(92.5%)and the effective rate(95.0%)of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertension in hospitals,conventional treatment combined with rehabilitation can effectively control blood pressure,improve patients'quality of life,and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
