Objective To explore the application value transverse abdominis plane block in accelerated rehabilitation of obstetrics. Methods 50 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Suqian Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups according to the patients'willingness, with 25 cases in each group.Women in the control group received simple intravenous analgesia, and on this basis, women in the experimental group received transverse abdominis plane block. The pain score(VAS),the time of first meal, the time of anal exhaustion, the time of hospitalization, the rate of postpartum breastfeeding and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,in the experimental group, the postpartum women’s VAS score was lower in 24 hours after operation, the time of first feeding, the time of anal exhaust, and the time of hospitalization were shorter, the rate of postpartum breastfeeding was higher, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of simple intravenous analgesia, transversus abdominis plane block can improve the postoperative analgesia effect, increase the postoperative milk secretion of the parturient, and reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications, which is conducive to the recovery of parturient women after cesarean section.
