针灸补脾疗法治疗糖尿病前期疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Replenishing Spleen Therapy on Prediabetes

目的评价针灸穴位补脾疗法治疗糖尿病前期的疗效.方法选取2018年1月—2019年11月青岛市第五人民医院收治的88例糖尿病前期患者,随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例),观察组患者采用针灸穴位补脾疗法,对照组患者采用单纯生活方式干预,比较不同干预方法的效果.结果观察组经治疗后满意度评分为(92.16±1.34)分,高于对照组的(78.25±2.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的70.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者在空腹血糖值和餐后血糖值方面均存在糖耐量受损,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的糖耐量受损情况均得到一定改善,但观察组的改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用针灸穴位补脾疗法对糖尿病前期患者进行治疗能够综合提高患者的满意度,提升整体的治疗有效率,改善糖耐量受损情况,是值得推广应用的一种治疗手段.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture replenishing spleen therapy on the treatment of prediabetes.Methods 88 patients with prediabetes admitted to Qingdao Fifth People's Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(44 cases)and a control group(44 cases).The observation group used acupuncture replenishing spleen therapy,and the control group used pure lifestyle intervention.The effects of different intervention methods were compared.Results The satisfaction score of the observation group after treatment was(92.16±1.34)points,higher than(78.25±2.04)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than 70.45%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups of patients had impaired glucose tolerance in fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the impaired glucose tolerance of the two groups of patients was improved to a certain extent,but the improvement effects of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupuncture replenishing spleen therapy for patients with prediabetes can comprehensively improve the satisfaction of patients,improve the overall treatment efficiency,and improve impaired glucose tolerance.It is a treatment method worthy of promotion and application.
