易化牵伸康复训练在体外冲击波治疗肩周炎患者中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Easy Drafting Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder with Extracorporeal Shock Wave

目的观察并探讨易化牵伸康复训练在体外冲击波治疗肩周炎患者中的效果.方法以2018年10月—2019年10月北京市顺义区医院收治的134例肩周炎患者为对象,等分为对照组(n=67)以及研究组(n=67).对照组进行体外冲击波治疗后的常规康复训练,研究组进行常规康复训练基础上的易化牵伸康复训练,分析两组干预前后的肩功能评分,评定治疗有效率.结果干预前,两组疼痛、肌力、肩关节活动范围、局部形态以及日常生活活动能力等肩功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过干预,两组疼痛、肌力、肩关节活动范围、局部形态以及日常生活活动能力等肩功能评分均有明显改善,其中研究组数据变化更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的治疗有效率为95.52%,明显高于对照组的83.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对实施体外冲击波治疗的肩周炎患者实施易化牵伸康复训练效果更佳,可有效缓解患者临床病症,减轻疼痛,同时提升治疗有效率以及患者生活质量,可在临床进行较大范围推广.

Objective To observe and explore the effect of facilitation draft rehabilitation training in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with extracorporeal shock wave.Methods 134 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into a control group(n=67)and a study group(n=67).The control group received routine rehabilitation training after extracorporeal shock wave treatment,and the study group received facilitation traction rehabilitation training based on routine rehabilitation training.The shoulder function scores before and after intervention were analyzed to evaluate the treatment efficiency.Results Before the intervention,the differences in shoulder function scores such as pain,muscle strength,shoulder joint range of activity,local morphology and ability of daily life between the two groups were not statistically signifecant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the shoulder function scores such as pain,muscle strength,shoulder joint range of activity,local morphology and ability of daily life in the two groups were both significantly improved,especially in the study group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.52%,significantly higher than 83.58%in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is better to carry out the facilitation draft rehabilitation training for the periarthritis of shoulder treated by ESW,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,relieve the pain,improve the effective rate of treatment and the quality of life of the patients,and can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
