早期康复治疗对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能恢复的影响

Analyze the Effect of Early Rehabilitation on the Recovery of Wrist Joint Function after Distal Radius Fracture

目的分析桡骨远端骨折术后患者采用早期康复治疗对腕关节功能恢复的影响.方法2017年1月—2020年3月,共收集到配合该研究的桡骨远端骨折患者73例,对这些患者进行编号,然后进行随机抽取并分组,38例采用早期康复治疗的为观察组,35例采用常规治疗的为对照组,对两组的腕关节功能、VAS评分进行对比,并评价两组影像学表现.结果观察组腕关节功能、影像学表现优于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对桡骨远端骨折术后患者使用早期康复治疗,可以促进骨折部位良好复位,缓解疼痛,改善腕关节功能,因此可临床应用推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation on the recovery of wrist joint function in patients with distal radius fractures.Methods From January 2017 to March 2020,a total of 73 patients with distal radius fractures who cooperated in this study were collected.They were numbered,and then randomly selected and grouped.38 cases were treated with early rehabilitation as the observation group,and 35 cases were treated with the conventional treatment as the control group.The wrist function and VAS score of the two groups were compared,and the imaging performence of the two groups was evaluated.Results The wrist joint function and imaging performence of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of early rehabilitation treatment for patients with distal radius fractures can promote good reduction of the fracture site,relieve pain,and improve wrist joint function,so it can be promoted for clinical application.
