健康指导改变患者生活习惯对慢性胃炎康复的影响探讨

The Influence of Changing Patients' Living Habits on the Recovery of Chronic Gastritis through Health Guidance

目的研究分析健康指导改变患者生活习惯对慢性胃炎康复的影响.方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月收治的122例慢性胃炎患者作为该次研究对象,将患者按照奇偶数法分为对照组和干预组,每组61例.对照组采用常规诊断治疗,干预组联合应用健康指导,在研究结束后比较分析两组相关情况.结果干预组的治疗有效率98.4%明显大于对照组的80.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预组随访3个月后的健康行为明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论慢性胃炎患者治疗期间通过健康指导改变患者的生活习惯,可提高患者的临床治疗效果,优化生活行为,值得推广.

Objective To study and analyze the influence of health guidance on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods 122 patients with chronic gastritis admitted from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as subjects of this study,and they were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to odd even number method,with 61 patients in each group.The control group received conventional diagnosis and treatment,and the intervention group received combined health guidance.After the study,the correlation between the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate was 98.4%in the intervention group,significantly higher than 80.3%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healthy behaviors of the intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group after 3 months of follo-up,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of chronic gastritis patients,the living habits of patients can be changed through guidance,which can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,optimize the life behavior,it is worth promoting.
