脊髓损伤患者采用系统康复教育的效果观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Systematic Rehabilitation Education for Spinal Cord Injury Patients

目的观察系统康复教育应用于脊髓损伤患者治疗中的效果.方法观察对象为2018年2月—2020年2月期间收治的78例脊髓损伤患者,双色球抽签方法实施分组,39例实施传统治疗和护理的患者纳入对照组,39例实施传统治疗、护理联合系统康复教育的患者纳入实验组,对两种治疗方案的实施效果进行对比和分析.结果相比于对照组,实验组患者治疗方案的开展获得更为突出的效果,主要表现在:相比于对照组,实验组患者治疗总依从性提升显著,康复认知水平提升显著,并发症发生率降低显著,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论系统康复教育应用于脊髓损伤患者治疗中可获得满意疗效,建议推广.

Objective To observe the effect of systematic rehabilitation education in the treatment of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods The observation objects were 78 patients with spinal cord injury who were treated from February 2018 to February 2020.The two-color ball lottery method was implemented for grouping.39 cases with traditional treatment and nursing were included in the control group,and 39 cases with traditional treatment and nursing combined with systemic rehabilitation education programs were included in the experimental group.The implementation effects of the two treatment programs were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment program of the experimental group achieved more prominent effects,which were mainly reflected in:compared with the control group,the total treatment compliance of the experimental group was significantly improved,the rehabilitation cognition level was significantly improved,the incidence of complications was significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation education in the treatment of spinal cord injury patients can obtain satisfactory results,it is recommended to promote.
