超声心动图评价心梗患者心脏康复后左室功能探讨

Evaluation of Left Ventricular Function in Patients with Myocardial Infarction by Echocardiography

目的研究分析超声心动图对心梗患者心脏康复后左室功能的评价价值.方法在嘉峪关市中医医院2018年4月—2019年3月收治的心肌梗死患者中选取100例作为该次的研究对象,所有患者均接受了PCI术治疗,并在术后给予相应药物预防不良事件.根据患者接受心脏康复干预的意愿进行分组,其中50例未接受心脏康复干预,仅接受常规护理的患者纳入对照组,另外50例接受为期30 d心脏康复干预的患者纳入观察组.对比两组患者手术结束时、术后30 d的左室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、左室收缩末内径(LVEDs)、左室质量指数(LVMI)、左心室内径缩短率(FS)、左室射血分数(EF%).结果两组患者在手术结束时的LVEDd、LVEDs、LVMI、FS、EF%差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在术后30 d,观察组患者的各项左室功能均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论超声心动图检查能够清楚了解心梗患者心脏康复后的左室功能恢复情况,可作为该类患者左室功能的评价方式,有利于心梗治疗有效性的评价以及后续治疗方案的调整.

Objective To study and analyze the evaluation value of left ventricular function in patients with myocardial infarction by echocardiography.Methods From April 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with myocardial infarction in Jiayuguan City Hospital of TCM were selected as the study objects.All patients received PCI treatment and were given corresponding drugs to prevent adverse events.According to the patients'willingness to receive cardiac rehabilitation intervention,50 patients who did not receive cardiac rehabilitation intervention were included in the control group,and the other 50 patients who received 30 days of cardiac rehabilitation intervention were included in the observation group.Left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVEDs),left ventricular mass index(LVMI),shortening rate of left ventricular diameter(FS)and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF%)at the end of operation and 30 days after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The differences in LVEDd,LVEDs,LVMI,FS and EF%between the two groups at the end of the operation were not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 30 days after the operation,the left ventricular functions of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Echocardiography can clearly understand the recovery of left ventricular function in patients with myocardial infarction,and it can be used to evaluate the left ventricular function of such patients,which is conducive to the evaluation of the effectiveness of myocardial infarction and the adjustment of the follow-up treatment plan.
