肌张力分期针刺对偏瘫患者康复效果的影响观察

Observation on the Effect of Acupuncture by Stages of Muscle Tension on Rehabilitation Effect of Hemiplegia Patients

目的探讨肌张力分期针刺对偏瘫患者康复效果的影响.方法选择2019年3月—2020年2月在吉林医药学院附属医院治疗的98例偏瘫患者为对象.采取随机数字表法,将收治患者分为常规组(49例)和分期组(49例).常规组患者给予常规针刺治疗,分期组患者根据肌张力分期不同,对针刺疗法进行调整.针刺治疗后,比较患者的神经功能、运动功能、日常生活能力评分和治疗效果.结果分期组患者神经功能评分(10.60±3.37)分,低于常规组的(16.09±2.92)分;运动功能评分(67.75±6.27)分,高于常规组的(56.95±7.17)分;日常生活能力评分(55.79±4.81)分,高于常规组的(49.57±5.23)分;治疗总有效率95.92%,高于常规组的79.59%.差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论根据脑卒中偏瘫患者肌张力分期的不同,调整针刺治疗方法,可以进一步提高患者的治疗效果.

Objective To explore the effect of muscle tension acupuncture by stages on the rehabilitation effect of hemiplegia patients.Methods 98 patients with hemiplegia treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical University from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into a conventional group(49 cases)and a staging group(49 cases)by random number table method.The patients in the conventional group were given conventional acupuncture treatment,and the patients in the staging group were adjusted according to the different stages of muscle tension.After acupuncture treatment,patients'neurological function,motor function,daily life ability score and treatment effect were compared.Results The neurological function score(10.60±3.37)points in the staging group was lower than(16.09±2.92)points in the conventional group.The motor function score(67.75±6.27)points of the staging group was higher than(56.95±7.17)points of the conventional group.The daily life ability score(55.79±4.81)points of the staging group was higher than(49.57±5.23)points of the conventional group.The total effective rate was 95.92%of the staging group,higher than 79.59%of the conventional group.The differences above were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the different stages of muscle tone in stroke patients with hemiplegia,the adjustment of acupuncture therapy can further improve the therapeutic effect.
