综合康复治疗对脑部恶性肿瘤患者术后肢体功能与生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on Postoperative Limb Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Brain Malignant Tumors

目的探究对脑部恶性肿瘤患者实施综合康复治疗对其术后肢体功能和生活质量的影响.方法选取2017年3月—2019年12月滨州市中医医院收治的140例脑部恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组(综合康复治疗)和对照组(常规康复治疗)各70例.对比两组肢体功能改善和生活质量情况.结果治疗前,两组Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Fugl-Meyer评分(20.75±2.56)分、Barthel指数评分(63.18±6.38)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).同时,观察组生活质量各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对脑部恶性肿瘤患者实施综合康复治疗,能够改善患者生活质量,提高患者的上肢运动功能和日常生活能力.

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on patients with brain malignant tumors on postoperative limb function and quality of life.Methods From March 2017 to December 2019,140 patients with brain malignant tumors admitted to Binzhou TCM Hospital were randomly divided into an observation group(comprehensive rehabilitation treatment)and a control group(conventional rehabilitation treatment),with 70 cases patients in each group.The improvement of limb function and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the difference in Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score(20.75±2.56)points and Barthel index score(63.18±6.38)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the scores of all indicators of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for patients with brain malignant tumors can improve the quality of life,upper limb motor function and daily living ability.
